Log into your ALAND account, navigate to your order history, and select the items you wish to return to generate a unique Return Authorization number.

Pack Your Items

Securely place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the product is in its original, unworn condition.

Attach Shipping Label

Print the prepaid shipping label provided in your return portal and affix it to the outside of your package, covering any previous delivery markings.

Drop Off and Track

Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; once received at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
